The mention of a trademark does not imply any partnership, prior authorization from the trademark holder or commercial relationship.

Personal data

Osmetheca is an editorial reference website without registration, user accounts, commercial transactions or active personal data collection. The site has no collection forms. The only available contact channel is the email address shown on the Contact page.

The data controller for data received through the contact address is Imperium SA (details above). The legal basis for processing is the performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures at the request of the data subject (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or the legitimate interest of the publisher in answering an editorial inquiry (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Emails received at sabrina.carlier@osmetheca.be are retained only for the time required to handle the request, then archived for a maximum of three years, in line with standard civil limitation periods. No personal data is sold, shared with third parties or used for commercial purposes.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation EU 2016/679), any person whose data is processed has the rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection and portability. These rights can be exercised at any time by writing to sabrina.carlier@osmetheca.be.

Any person who believes that the processing of their data does not comply with the regulation can lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (APD), the competent supervisory authority in Belgium: rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be.

Cookies and trackers

Osmetheca sets no tracking cookies, no advertising cookies and no social network pixels. The site is fully static, hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and carries no third-party audience measurement scripts (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and the like). No prior consent is therefore required under Article XII.13 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law.

Only Cloudflare infrastructure technical logs (IP address, browser type, URL visited) are collected for security, performance and abuse prevention. The legal basis is the legitimate interest of the publisher and host (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). These logs are retained for a maximum of thirty days, in line with Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

The site osmetheca.be is published from Belgium and governed by Belgian law. Any dispute related to the use of the site falls under the jurisdiction of Belgian courts, without prejudice to the consumer protection rules provided by European law.
